2. Tailored to your needs /customizable for your needs 
3. Conversations with the developers / not locked into a system that does not function they way you do. 
4.Great customer service

4. Sometimes loads slower that normal, Most likely due to our backlog of task.

the system has become better each day, with that being said it wont happen with out usage and buy in from all parties involved. 
In these days of instant communication we have to step back and know when to slow down a bit to see the big picture.

We are now more organized with daily assignments and staff/job accountability which allows us to be more productive\! The system is extremely user friendly, inventive, and customer support is truly top-notch\! I would absolutely recommend this product to any of my peers looking for a reliable task management system specific to Parks Maintenance.

> **Pros**: The single most important quality of the Productive Parks package is the service.  Questions or requests are handled quickly and efficiently. Software updates occur on a regular basis. They welcome feedback and suggestions on ways to improve every aspect of the software. The system has made our District so much more efficient and our reporting so much more accurate.  As an end user I highly recommend it\!
