> **Pros**: La fácil implementación es una gran ventaja de a3ASESOR. El usuario final que utiliza el software en el día a día no tiene problema alguno. Respuesta rápida ante cualquier consulta y la documentación es adecuada.

> **Cons**: Lo peor de todo es la asistencia técnica. Cuando tienes un problemas tardas muchísimo en contactar con ellos, y puedes estar 15 minutos esperando.
Tras pasarnos a premiun, la cosa tampoco mejoró mucho. 
Hasta que apareció un técnico que a mi me atiende de maravilla. 
No puede ser que una empresa así dependa del tecnico que te toque
