Nymblr also verifies 100% of the data, so I have confidence that my outreach campaigns are going to the right people. Also, the platform is very well laid out and is simple to use. I am not a fan of platforms that are complicated to too full of options. I want simplicity and ease of use to find the best data possible for the ICP's I am developing.

> **Pros**: Love the price, I can tell the software is almost there. There are tons of contacts that could be of great use but the bugs just make it too much to deal with.

> **Cons**: No support communication at all\! There are SO MANY BUGS in this software it's ridiculous. For example, you cannot add leads to a list, even though a notification pops up saying the leads were added. Additionally, when I go to export leads I constantly get a notification saying the endpoint timed out. I have mentioned this to support and not heard one word from them, which is the biggest con of all. If support was available to assist then I wouldn't leave this review, but after paying for a higher tier of export credits, not even being able to export at all and not getting support with it makes me super disappointed and thus is why I'm leaving this review.

> I can tell NYMBLR would be a great tool for my agency, but I can't even get support to contact me back. What is the point of having a live chat if no one responds to you in the first place? The software is buggy, which is fine as I'm sure they will update over time, but the biggest red flag is not getting support to respond after I've spent a good amount of money on export credits that don't even export.

I've run some comparison tests against some of the biggest names and this came out on top in a number of different catagories.

> **Cons**: Its missing some of the bells and whistles but based on the accuracy of the data which is the most important feature, I'm not sure those other things are even worth it.
