> **Pros**: I love how Klara is HIPPA compliant. No need to worry about noncompliance. They also have made our text to pay system seamless. It is so simple and makes like easier.

> **Cons**: The only criticism is that some patients complain that Klara is not user friendly. I personally believe it is user error as I do not come across these issues.
