> Customer service is lacking. Most people you talk to on the phone speak English as a second language. We've been using the product for 2 years and are still waiting to have certain issues (inventory) fixed.  Recently there is a lot of internal problems.... we're are getting emails from unhappy employees. Cheap but you get what you pay for.
