> **Pros**: It helps to keep track of the loads and decreases the time that I spend invoicing and making driver settlements.

> **Cons**: It’s not easy to use. When you make a mistake, then you usually have to start over. Basically don’t make any mistakes or you will be wasting extra time for sure going back over what you worked on before you made the mistake. I also don’t like how we don’t have the option to include or exclude information on settlements, customer load number doesn’t automatically generate on the invoice portion, the commodity portion doesn’t automatically generate on invoices and these are all things that I have to manually type in. Also, on the settlements, it doesn’t give a year to date deduction amount.

> **Pros**: I appreciated how user-friendly Truckbase is, especially compared to more complex TMS platforms. It streamlined key dispatching tasks and made it easy to track loads, drivers, and documents in one place

> **Cons**: While the platform is generally user-friendly, there were a few features that felt limited or not as customizable as we needed for our specific workflow. One improvement I’d really like to see is separating trucks and trailers into their own tabs, similar to how the Team tab divides drivers and dispatchers. Right now, having them grouped together makes it harder to manage and locate equipment quickly. A clear separation would make things much more organized and user-friendly.

> **Pros**: Truckbase is very intuitive, and efficiently designed for small to medium sized carriers. It has helped us connect our customer booking, dispatching and invoicing into one simple, easy, fast and professional workspace. It's record-keeping and driver apps have been a huge asset to establishing our reputation and transparency to our customers. It is a huge time saver, and decreased liability through the use of signatures, timestamps, and POD on the driver apps, which stands as excellent backup for any problems which may arise. The customer portal has been a great selling point for potential clients, and continues to please them with every order. The integration with quick books took our invoicing process from 3+ hours to 15 minutes. Another very useful integration is with our ELD, which connects vehicle tracking to the customer portal for each order.

> **Cons**: No complaints at all. Truckbase is very well rounded, and simplifies all the important operational factors which has helped us run our operation much more efficiently.

> Excellent. The customer support team has been very good, always getting my feedback as to what they can add to the system.
