> **Pros**: There are many things I live most about Truckbase but the ones that are top of mind would be: User friendly, proof of delivery scanner for drivers, rate con import AI, invoice QA integration, and incredible over and above customer service. I get my questions answered quickly and their team proactively checks in with me to make sure our transition is going well.

> **Cons**: I haven't been able to get use out of it from my phone, but I also forgot to ask \[sensitive content hidden\] if there is something I should be doing differently.

> Game changing\! TB has saved me so many hours in nagging drivers for proofs, invoicing, settlement creation, etc. I love the integrations with QuickBooks and our factoring company as well. I would say this software easily saves me 20 hours a week.

> **Pros**: Truckbase is very intuitive, and efficiently designed for small to medium sized carriers. It has helped us connect our customer booking, dispatching and invoicing into one simple, easy, fast and professional workspace. It's record-keeping and driver apps have been a huge asset to establishing our reputation and transparency to our customers. It is a huge time saver, and decreased liability through the use of signatures, timestamps, and POD on the driver apps, which stands as excellent backup for any problems which may arise. The customer portal has been a great selling point for potential clients, and continues to please them with every order. The integration with quick books took our invoicing process from 3+ hours to 15 minutes. Another very useful integration is with our ELD, which connects vehicle tracking to the customer portal for each order.

> **Cons**: No complaints at all. Truckbase is very well rounded, and simplifies all the important operational factors which has helped us run our operation much more efficiently.

> **Pros**: I appreciated how user-friendly Truckbase is, especially compared to more complex TMS platforms. It streamlined key dispatching tasks and made it easy to track loads, drivers, and documents in one place

> **Cons**: While the platform is generally user-friendly, there were a few features that felt limited or not as customizable as we needed for our specific workflow. One improvement I’d really like to see is separating trucks and trailers into their own tabs, similar to how the Team tab divides drivers and dispatchers. Right now, having them grouped together makes it harder to manage and locate equipment quickly. A clear separation would make things much more organized and user-friendly.

> **Pros**: Being able to dispatch orders to the drivers and view orders. Makes it easy to get the uploads from drivers. I also like that I can send a driver a message when I need them to upload something particular.

> **Cons**: Sometimes AI does not capture all the information for dispatching. Issues with drivers being able to mark dispatches to transit and delivered. Wish there was a way for drivers to communicate back.
> 
> Overall, I like Truckbase. It has made my job much easier dispatching and keeping up with orders. I also appreciate that the drivers can just update in the app instead of having to text my phone.

> **Cons**: I came from a different TMS system and in their system you could search select things and such as order numbers or last four of socials to find orders or drivers which was super nice.

> Well worth the experience, great customer service, and overall seamless transition from one TMS system to another.
