Pros
The Cloudiway program was very user-friendly. Most things were very intuitive. Their online videos elucidated the things I could not work out.
It's very user-friendly and gentle on the users. Works for site, disk, and mail migrations. These are transferred very fast. There are fewer technological glitches as well.
Cons
The quality of Teams migration is poor. Burns licenses unnecessarily, and they can be expensive. Support is really poor.

Good Tool, has lot of scope to be great... but extremely poor support combined with arrogant and...
Good Tool, has lot of scope to be great... but extremely poor support combined with arrogant and bad email etiquette for customers in distress ... i dont care attitude of the support and even the management

The Tool has some great features and probably i am one of the users of the solutions for migrating teams from tenant to tenant. product is robust and good... could do better in terms of information on errors reported and... The calendar migration sections is like black cloud not information on migrated or not ... Need to work on the data loss side too much data loss in case of large mailboxes..
Cons
Worst Support, promised a lot before procurement but post.. only objective is keep forcing to buy subscription package.. very late responses... they dont care of your urgent scenarios ... they will ask you to wait for 24hrs before they respond.

you are correct.
Respons time for free support is 8 business hours and done by mail exclusively. (But usually support is answering within 1 hour).
This is documented everywhere in our website, redisplayed when you are opening a ticket.
When our SLA are not meeting your expectations, we propose a dedicated consultant (paid services, and sometimes 1 or 2 hours may be sufficient) to give you access to phone calls, remote sessions, deep analysis, expertise of our consultants , high level expertise that cannot be delivered by support.

Pros
Our company had a huge amount of data that we needed to migrate. We also have quite a large team so we needed to make sure we could add at least 50 as users. As the coordinator of this project, I felt that the price was spot on for the service and it was user friendly. It didn't take our team members long to already have a handful of successful data migration projects completed. As far as now, we plan to keep using their services
Cons
So far so good, no issues or complaints from anyone on our team.
