> **Pros**: I use Fillable Document to generate lease contracts for tenants.  I have a number of different document templates setup for different types of leases.  Each time a new tenant arrives, I simply populate the document and generate a PDF.  The different field types make it very easy, from plain text with default values, to date pickers and auto-generated data.  Subscription is flexible and your data is retained if you decide you don't need the subscription for a period of time.
