Users can enter their own leave requests and sickness reports. They also have direct insight into the app data, including leave and overtime balances. Workflows determine who has been allocated which tasks and give a quick overview of planning and which personnel are present. Clear reports support management with data on overtime, absenteeism, and departmental capacities. Users can access their own calendar, which can also be linked to Outlook. The software uses SAML, which allows for single sign-ins. \n \nAn RFID-equipped terminal is used for clocking on for work. This can be supplied with power via Power over Ethernet (PoE+). A rechargeable battery is optional, and linking to other systems is possible based on text files and XML, API, or web services.
