Easy to use yet really powerful tool. Everything you need in one place, integrated all together.
Cons
Cant really think of anything. Most issues I had was on old version and fixed in upgrade.

-dont get bug ;)
-customer help- always on deck
-easy to learn software
Cons
-visually -> not so attractive
-problems with adding colors, images in CMS system
-our sms box often get freeze
