The reports are easy to follow once our template has been set, so it becomes a huge time saver for every kind of report we need to write.  It's also great to be able to collaborate with coworkers in a single report at the same time.  Last, my experience with the support for the company has been nothing but great.

> **Cons**: Tables and figure editing can be a bit tricky. I'm used to it by now, but it has certainly improved.
