For a small company you get a quality payroll support structure without breaking the bank. The security features in terms of accessing reports and communication is an added value. There is always a person to help and assist in the process, unlike other platforms where they are now heavily in use of AI or chat bots. The added touch of having a call back from a person allows for a clear and concise communication on the issue at hand. Being able to assist in Union matters in terms of setup, rate sheet adjustments, and other related matters...this is a big plus. > > **Cons**: Although having a person to speak with is a highlight, the return calls or email notifications back isn't always prompt. The call backs, depending on the complexity of the support needed, would be somewhere within 48 hours. There is an escalate or urgency one can claim on the support needed to expedite but this is in part dependent on the volume of calls P4C is handling at one time. > > For a small business of less than 50 employees on the construction side. P4C is a good choice.
