> **Cons**: Driver App currently is too simplistic (but stable) . Hopefully Kosmo can enhance and provide the ability to add in features where we can a) "dynamically add our custom fields" to Proof of Delivery Form b) Allow Drivers to change their route so that the real time tracking at customer end is much more accurate c) Indicate that they are on break stop d) Messaging \>\> These will allow customers + dispatcher to understand the driver situation better.

The technical team was very prompt in supporting our integration work.
