> **Pros**: What I liked most about Pidge is its incredible control and transparency. Our items can be fragile and need special care. Pidge gives us a live map to see exactly where our delivery is, from our shop to the customer's door. This gives us so much peace of mind and allows us to tell our customers exactly when their order will arrive.

> **Cons**: The only thing I didn't like was the initial setup. Getting Pidge to connect with our website's OMS and all our systems took a little bit of time and some effort. However, once it was set up, it worked perfectly
