> You can play around the task cards and put much information and files you need to explain it. It is good because you can include everything your member has to know for the specific task. It’s pretty basic to understand, so you just to open the task card, see the details of the task, the deadline, and you can start working right away. There’s also chat box on the right side which is insanely helpful because it’s real-time\! It’s like I’m using Telegram but built-in in Bordio.

I don’t know how many people work for Bordio, but I’m just happy that I found a PM tool with a responsive customer support. The best thing, if you email them today, you’ll get a reply in an instant at least for my experience. 
Also, whenever they have a software update, you will get a pop-up notification in your Bordio’s account. So far, every update has been useful to me and my team.
