> **Pros**: RandomCoffee allows us to automate emails to the groups, it generates matches for us, and it has matching criteria to make it easy to get the best matches possible. Our CSM team is amazing and has been supportive throughout our time with them. They are great to work with and make things easy.

> **Cons**: My only con about RandomCoffee is the lack of reporting that admins can pull from the platform. They have great reporting, but it is not accessible to the admins of the platform.

> Overall, we really enjoy the RandomCoffee platform and team. It makes promoting social wellbeing at our company easy.
