I like it very much that it is not a question of cost to add users, which means that EVERYONE in the company has access and can follow the company performance live. > > **Cons**: As an administrator, I struggle a bit with managing all dashboards and reports being created by our employees since everyone can create both dashboards and reports. I wish there would be more admin tools to get an overview of who is owning what report/dashboard and more easily to admin these. It is not so easy for new employees to create analytics reports by themselves since it demans very specific filters to get correct data, but this i more a reflection of our ERP system than on Zoined. However the upside of API connection is that it is easy to get started, the downside is that it is not so easy to cluster different dimensions into one dimension (which would be neccessary for us in order to get our sales channels correct in Zoined.) > > with Zoined we have taken massive steps in order to become more data driven in our decisions.
