> **Pros**: The accessibility to our policies of all members of the department anywhere there is an internet connection.  We also like the "side by side" comparison of policy updates with the original so that you may quickly review changes.

> **Cons**: The system has a good system for assigning training and tracking employees when they complete the training.  However, I wish the system had a means to track training that is provided outside of PMAM.  In other words, I wish there were a way to track in person training sessions.

> **Pros**: The program is easy to use. I do recommend that you take advantage of the initial training that is offered.  For my department, we liked that we could upload all of our current policies and did not have to rewrite or recreate the polices.  I have seen other programs that give generic examples for polices and don't allow departments to add specific wording because of copy write issues. 

The customer service is very good.  Specifically the reps have been very helpful.

> **Cons**: There is a lot that can be done within PM AM and that be a bit over whelming.  The program is easy to use, but it a lot to remember.  The customer service makes this easier to deal with.  Whenever I have had a question, my emails or phone calls are promptly answered.
