> **Pros**: Very efficient and user friendly platform at a very reasonable price. The customer experience is very smooth when signing documents. I have yet to explore templates which I have been told are very easy to use. Definitely made my life easy getting my agreements signed.

> **Cons**: lack of intuitive options for building in common formatting requirements (ie. phone number, email, ssn, ein, and other common formatted values). As a workaround I needed to use REGEX rules - which users often did not understand the error message associated with the rule and often overlooked.
> 
> I have past experience with Docusign and SignNow services. Boldsign was easier to set up, had quicker customer support, and most importantly was more cost effective and more flexible with billing options.
