I appreciate the steps taken by the CEO to better manage customer enquiries so there is no repeat of my experience.  At the time of my initial enquiry I was reviewing a number of products to use as a practice management system for my new conveyancing business.  Unfortunately as I had already chosen another product before contact was made by the CEO I did not proceed further with Practice Evolve.  However, if I ever become dissatisfied with my current system Practice Evolve will be the first company I contact.

If at least some price information was easily available I would have proceeded to book a demo through the website during my initial review of the various products available.

We have found Practice Evolve to be open to suggestions regarding improvements and whilst the product may not have the functionality of other programs we are able to efficiently operate a very busy legal practice.

> **Cons**: Our early experiences were sometimes difficult as we needed to communicate what we needed and wanted and not get trapped into what we were told by support people.
Whenever I encounter a new person on the support desk I become worried about their levels of experience and I tend to resort to directly enquiries to people I know will be able to assist.
