> **Pros**: Lo que más me gusta de Humand es lo intuitiva, amigable y completa que es la plataforma. Resuelve varias necesidades de la gestión diaria a través de sus distintos módulos.

> **Cons**: A veces la plataforma se ha trabado/tildado (cuando dos personas postean al mismo tiempo o en el lanzamiento).

> Mi experiencia es fantástica; resuelve varias cuestiones en un solo lugar y mantiene conectada a toda la organización.
Resalto la atención y servicio que ofrecen antes y después de la puesta en marcha. Además de la comunicación que se mantiene por whatsapp, en el que informan sobre nuevas implementaciones/modificaciones y resuelven problemas/dudas rápidamente.
Finalmente, aprecio las ganas que tienen de superarse e ir por más con la plataforma, teniendo en cuenta siempre al cliente. Así como la predisposición para encontrarle la vuelta a nuestras necesidades.

> **Pros**: Creo que es una herramienta muy fácil de utilizar, realmente es útil para centralizar la información que necesita el colaborador y permite que el equipo que gestiona la herramienta pueda unirse de manera fácil. Las cosas están a la mano para los colaboradores y también se pueden incluir muchos formatos de documentos de manera facil y rápida.

> **Cons**: En nuestra experiencia hemos tenido algunos detalles con la rapidez de la herramienta, también en temas de segmentación creemos que pudiera haber modalidades que facilitaran más el uso de esta funcion, como acomodar por orden alfabetico o un cuadro para escribir el nombre de la segmentación para no estarla buscando. Basicamente eso nos resolvería muchos problemas ya que poseemos una plantilla enorme. Creo que quizás facilitar ciertas funciones a los clientes que tenemos una plantilla gigante, nos ayudaría mucho a reducir procesos.
