In fact, I received a system that cost me the same as a single employee, and I expect to save the equivalent of at least 4 employees. The savings will come mainly from very high transparency for managers of data from the production floor, and work processes that managers receive ONLINE alerts about in case of any malfunction beyond the established index. The ease of use is very high, I have employees who "type with one finger" and they very quickly understood how to operate the system and the various screens. The production process has transformed from a "black hole of data" to transparent information that can then be managed clearly. > > **Cons**: Honestly, I don't have "anything I don't like." The only downside I can think of is that my factory is very different from a typical MATICS customer.
