•  direst consists of two interacting software systems. The first system is the management software that links all installed systems, including entrance barriers, electricity and water columns, on-site terminal, waste containers, and more. The barrier, sanitary building, fresh water, and garbage station are equipped with QR code readers and enable all guests to access and use them with personal QR codes.
•  The power columns do not require a QR code reader, as they are activated and controlled by the system itself when the space is booked. The systems can be linked to one another via fiber optics, Lan, W-Lan, LoraWan, or Powerline.
•  In the event of an internet failure, the system continues to run in emergency mode until internet access is working again.
•  The second system handles the entire exchange of data between operator and vacationer. It consists of a main system for booking processing and a subsystem for controlling all hardware components of the parking space, including guest credit management, and is hosted on two separate servers in Germany.
•  Operators can manage all booking inquiries and responses through the online system.
•  Guests can book the site at short notice using the tablet terminal in the registration area. If the guests do not have a mobile phone, they will receive a temporary QR code at the barrier, after booking and payment, which is valid for the respective booking period. This is issued via a receipt printer on the tablet terminal.

The personalized direst booking mask can be integrated free of charge on any modern operator's homepage. In addition, there are no commissions for the bookings.

A flat rate depending on the number of plots (between 2,000 and 6,000 euros) is due for the initial installation and set-up. This installation also includes 3 appointments for setting up the parking space, prices and appointments, and payment processing.

All cabling comes together in the on-site backend and communication takes place via the Internet on the servers. One-off costs between €3,000 - 7,000 plus VAT.
