> **Pros**: Jira has several advantages and nice features:- It will help the most in task scheduling. Our team was able to easily apply the kanban system to various projects and at the same time easily and clearly knew how to combine them for a better overview due to the representation of tasks.- I find using keyboard shortcuts a big advantage.- Linking with GitLab, TeamCity, NetSuite and Confluence (which we use) makes work much simpler and faster.

> **Cons**: I found only three things to the disadvantage of Jira:- When you lose a session (and when you get it again), a comment in progress or a task, issue, etc. when being created. It is not possible to finish (the content is lost) and you have to start over again.- Maybe I would appreciate an occasional auto refresh (Kanban) board.- Sometimes it's a bit slow (but it's improved a lot in recent years)

> **Pros**: It brought clarity into work of my team (each of us have many small tasks which are connected to one another) and increased our productivity. Now each of us knows who is responsible for which task, when the task is completed so that others can follow up with other tasks and in case of any problem, we can easily track it and solve. It is also very user friendly and amazing feature is the possibility of setting order due to priority. We have it connected to Confluence which went very smooth.

> **Cons**: I dont find any serious cons. Sometimes its slow and when you loose internet connection, the text which you havent saved is lost and you have to start from the beginning.
