> **Pros**: Strömungsraum bietet uns die Möglichkeit, 3 verschiedene Inflows / Materialien an unseren Extrusionsdüsen zu simulieren. Dabei können jeweils unterschiedliche Viskosiätsmodelle hinterlegt werden, so das sehr gute Prognosen in Hinblick auf Überdeckung und Schubgeschwindigkeit möglich sind.

> **Cons**: In unserem spezifischen Anwendungsfall gibt es noch Verbesserungsbedarf bei der Prognose von Drücken innerhalb der verschiedenen Inflow. Hier gibt es noch größeren Abweichungen zwischen errechneten und reellen Druck. Seitens IANUS wurden hier aber schon Verbesserungsmaßnahmen definiert und befinden sich in der Umsetzung.

> Durch Strömungsraum haben wir die Möglichkeit gewonnen, hochkomplexe Triextrusionsdüsen zu simulieren und damit bereits in der Konstruktionsphase einsehr gutes Ergebnis bei Schub und Überdeckung zu erreichen. Dies hilft uns im späteren Einfahrprozess deutlich, den Abstimmungsbedarf am Werkzeug zu reduzieren.
Die Zusammenarbeit mit IANUS bei der Entwicklung und Anpassung von Strömungsraum an unsere spezifischen Anforderungen und Parameter war stets konstruktiv, dynamisch und effizient.

> **Pros**: Sehr übersichtliche Benutzeroberfläche die intuitiv bedient werden kann. Die Ergebnisse sind sehr gut und detailliert in einem Report zusammengefasst. Durch die Nutzung von Strömungsraum konnte die Effektivität der Arbeit deutlich gesteigert werden und die nachgelagerten Kosten der Fertigung sind ,bei besserem Ergebnis, gesunken.

> **Cons**: In seltenen Fällen ist eine Ansicht im Report nicht so wie man sie gebrauchen könnte. Der Support schafft da aber schnell Abhilfe, so das dies nicht wirklich stört.
> 
> Die Nutzung von Strömungsraum hat die Auslegung der Extrusionswerkzeuge deutlich verbessert. Die zuvor getätigten Berechnungen für Haupt und Nebenströme entfallen, das System liefert zuverlässig das Ergebnis auch für komplexe Geometrien oder Mehrschichtwerkzeuge. Eine schöne Zeit, in der aufwendige Anforderungen einfach gehandhabt werden können
