> **Pros**: It takes away the most annoying thing in the insurance industry: filling out Acord forms. Sembley makes the process extremely fast, user friendly, and allows my customers to do most of the work without even knowing it.

> **Cons**: No Ability to add Row's on Custom Forms, Unable to add photos on the custom Forms which will be more easier to Insured to understand the questions. When creating Custom forms, If we select the conditional Logic \& Required field for the same question, only one of the two will trigger onn. It would be better if there's an option to add the questions to the Accords directly at the submissions page once we receive the submission form from Insured.

> **Cons**: The property intelligence seems to be very limited. Pulling in 30% of building information in a given schedule. There are a few glitches in the ways in which information feeds into the ACORD, but fixing requires very minimal editing after the fact.
