> **Pros**: The customer support and patient guidance were excellent. Navigine also provides an Android SDK that’s very convenient for developers to integrate into their apps.
In particular, \[sensitive content hidden\] has been extremely helpful and patient, solving many technical challenges for us step by step.

> We purchased 10 BLE devices for driver localization. Initially, it was difficult to set up — even with the documentation, we couldn’t allocate beacon IDs correctly, which caused frustration.
However, after working closely with \[sensitive content hidden\], who was very responsive and patient, we managed to resolve the beacon ID issues, reduce latency, and successfully build the indoor maps.
Thanks to his help, we made significant progress, and our overall experience has become much more positive.
