It also let me see if a child still remains in the building and to follow up with the staff if a child remains at the end of the day or if we need to reach out to a parent.

It does have the parent name set up that way however larger sites would prefer it by classroom or the children's name in ABC order not the parent. Caseworkers should have able to enter this information in your system not just the managers.
