Customer service is also quick and efficient, the added a language that I requested in just a few days > > **Cons**: The fact that some languages are not available by default can be annoying if you are in a hurry, but customer service is quick to work on requests. The formatting of the text sometimes is not perfect, but easily fixed. > > In general the experience is smooth, even for those who are not very familiar with questionnaires preparation. ----- ### "I like it a lot\!" — 5.0/5 > **Emily** | *29 April 2026* | Machinery | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Pros**: I can pause the survey in the middle of taking it and I really like that about it. I also like that I can upload files. > > **Cons**: I wish that there was a way on the multiple choice grid to type an answer in a text box or something like that. > > I enjoy it and I am looking forward to using it more to see if it has all the features that I need. :) ----- ### "Survey Hero is a Hero" — 5.0/5 > **Verified Reviewer** | *2 October 2025* | Food Production | Recommendation rating: 5.0/10 > > **Pros**: I like that it is simple to use, and has a good response system. The conditional logic features are particularly powerful, allowing for highly personalized and dynamic question paths that significantly improve data quality and respondent engagement. The platform is both user-friendly for beginners and robust enough for advanced users. > > **Cons**: I think it took a lot of time to set up and get responses. The primary drawback is the pricing structure, which can feel steep compared to some key competitors, especially for smaller businesses or individual researchers. Access to more advanced analytics and certain customization options is locked behind the higher-tier plans, which can be a limitation for those on a tight budget. > > it is ok. What truly sets it apart is its intuitive drag-and-drop builder. Creating sophisticated surveys with complex conditional logic, branching, and multiple question types feels effortless, not like a technical chore. This allows me to focus on crafting the right questions rather than fighting with the software. The professional-looking templates and customization options further ensure that every survey feels branded and engaging for respondents. ----- ### "Great option\!" — 5.0/5 > **Marie** | *24 June 2026* | Research | Recommendation rating: 9.0/10 > > **Pros**: The interface is extremely user friendly. I enjoy the logic features that allow to hide or reveal questions depending on participant responses. I also appreciate the data protection policies. > > **Cons**: Some of the useful features are paywalled compared to other platforms, but the interface is better and more user-friendly. ----- ### "Awesome\! Highly recommend\! > > **Cons**: monthly pricing could be a little cheaper. thankfully I'm a student and they offer free pricing for students\! > > It's so easy to use. I looked around all over and found that SurveryHero is the best option out there\! ----- Page: 1 / 11\ Next: [Next page](https://www.getapp.ie/software/2080480/surveyhero?page=2) ## Links - [View on GetApp](https://www.getapp.ie/software/2080480/surveyhero) ## This page is available in the following languages | Locale | URL | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | ----- ## Structured Data
