> **Pros**: What I like best about SteadyPoint, is that it keeps all settings within your own office 365 cloud, not on someone else's. I also like the fact that it is still under constant development.

> **Cons**: I would say, Not being able to export settings prior to an upgrade... 
having to recreate settings is not hard, but it is kind of annoying having to do so all over again. 
I have been told that this feature is still under development.

the most great feature in this software is  create ticket using email and Microsoft  flow its vary useful
