The Clifton Strengths Report is very helpful to individuals and to the team, plus Gallup's trainers and support team is trained to answer any questions.

> **Cons**: It's a bit hard to grasp initially as it's maybe too much information and it's not clear what to do with that information, and grasp the terminology. It required some time to understand how to use these strenghts to your teams advantage

I use to carry around my strengths reports in a file in my email and would reference them when i'd start a new project or meet a new team or apply for a new opportunity. It's so great to have the learning modules geared towards my strengths and opportunities right at my finger tips. I am incentivized to use this app everyday as a result\!
