Also, there has been a few times that I done the deposits using their information, and when I do the quarterly reports, it shows different amounts. No State Report numbers, I have to keep an Excel spreadsheet to verify the deposits and for the State withholdings. Also, the e-file option is very complicated and requires the client signature, which is hard to upload, when you have limited computer skills > > I have thought about switching to other software program but because of the Value for the Money, I work around the problems.
