The interface is very user friendly. I have auto-routing rules to save for taxes and build a savings fund. It is very smooth, functional, and a big part of my business.

> **Cons**: I really do not have any cons. I think it would be interesting to accept Zelle payments via Mercury, that is my one suggestion.

> **Cons**: Dispute department used to be bad but now they're good.
IO credit cards can't be charged from different accounts within Mercury which is frustrating.
Also it misses a feature for an employee to create payment pending approval by a manager
