> **Pros**: The time we got back. Screening used to eat up a huge chunk of our week. Between reviewing CVs, coordinating interviews and chasing references it was a lot. HireTrace quietly handles most of that in the background and our team now spends that time actually talking to the right candidates instead of managing admin.

> **Pros**: What I liked most about HireTrace was how flexible it is. Our company grew from around 150 to 200 people over the last six months, and different teams have pretty different ways of hiring. Being able to set up workflows that actually fit each team, instead of forcing everyone into the same process, made things a lot easier.

The AI candidate recommendations were probably the biggest time saver for us. Going through CVs used to take up a huge chunk of our recruiters’ time. With HireTrace, we could quickly see which candidates looked like a strong match and focus our time there. It made the whole screening process feel much less painful.

The other thing I really liked was how easy it was to use. We didn’t have to spend ages training everyone or explaining how everything worked. People just picked it up pretty quickly.

Overall, HireTrace made our hiring process feel a lot more organised without making it feel complicated. We were hiring faster, but somehow the process felt less chaotic, which is probably the biggest win for us.
