> **Pros**: I couldn't believe how many options this program had. I've been teaching yoga for nearly a decade now, and I have to say I come up with some pretty in depth and specific sequences. I was really impressed of how easy it was to customize the notes on this site, and even add my own images and poses. I think, for a newer instructor still building their wheelhouse of poses and sequences, this is a great too - because you can see everything visually, and even view and borrow other instructors sequences if you are looking for inspiration.

I will say that personally, I tend to create my sequences while I am doing a home practice, and so I prefer to have a notebook by my side and jot down things this way. Although I had a great experience using this software, I reverted back to my old paper and pen. It's one of the few times I actually write (as opposed to type), and I prefer it this way. I'm not currently using it for this reason, but as someone who mentors new instructors, I would definitely suggest this program to others\!
