> **Pros**: As the CTO and Co-Founder at this Computer and Network Security Industries I think the software does a fantastic job at being innovative. I've been with Adexo for a  months now and they are always on top of their game. They are always adding integrations and platform connections. For example, ChatGPT recently allowed you to advertise and Adexo has worked and developed on a ChatGPT ad integration immediately. They are always willing to take our advice and suggestions and it's refreshing to find a company that actually listens to their users\!

> **Cons**: There Customer Support Teams  could be a bit better in my opinion. They don't provide much help outside of the typical 9-5 window. I believe a company of their size should always be available. But that's my opinion.

> Overall they do a wonderful job for our computer and Network Security Industries at making sure they are on top of everything ads related. They are always adding new features and innovating and I love to see that as a user. I believe their support could be a bit better, but every software has its pros and cons. They gave us an account rep as well that does most of the set up with us and they are super friendly. Everything is easy to navigate and get used to. If we had any questions, our account rep would help us out and even give us suggestions based off what's working well for other businesses in our industry
