Free Trial

Every account starts with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required. You can create SOPs from video or PDF, invite teammates and test sharing before you pick a plan. The trial has usage limits, and downloads unlock when you subscribe. On Premium you can request a custom trial. For Enterprise, we agree the trial length with you.

Creators and Viewers

Creators create, edit and approve SOPs and manage training. Viewers read and run SOPs. Standard includes 3 creators and Premium includes 6. Extra creators cost $29 per month each on yearly billing, or $39 on monthly billing. On Enterprise, creator and viewer seats are part of the quote.

Billing and Payment

Standard and Premium can be billed monthly or yearly. Yearly billing saves up to 20%. All prices are in USD and exclude VAT. The right tax is added at checkout based on your billing location. EU business customers can enter their VAT ID at checkout. You can move to a higher plan at any time. Enterprise billing terms are agreed in the contract.

Implementation

Standard and Premium are fully self-serve. Sign up, upload a process video or an existing PDF, and publish a structured SOP the same day. You do not need a sales call or an implementation project. Enterprise customers get dedicated onboarding, and migration of existing SOPs where needed.

Security and Compliance

GDPR-compliant. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, with daily backups. Role-based access controls who can create, edit and view each workspace or SOP. Public links are turned on per SOP. SSO and SCIM are available on Enterprise.
