Zipper repeated took all of my requests for improvements to their systems and made them happen. Even better then I had requested. > > **Cons**: There were a few small things but they got worked out. There are a few small things with the website builder that can be improved but I believe they are on it and will correct them in a timely manner. > > Excellent. I love the integration of all the platforms in to one turn-key solution. The ability to toggle between all the facets of the backend such as the website building to the site to the booking system is a gem. ----- ### "Very Happy" — 5.0/5 > **Crystal** | *27 August 2026* | Health, Wellness & Fitness | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Pros**: The thing I like most about Zipper is the team. My journey began with \[sensitive content hidden\] . On our intro call He was immediately understanding and put together the exact product I needed. During the first weeks/months of using the product He quickly responded to all of my questions and concerns. I have been using Zipper since 2024 and He is still very quick to respond to any text or email. As a CPA, I work with other small businesses and will recommend Zipper whenever the opportunity arises. My clients say the same thing about Zippers customer service. Next any issue that arose that Zipper being relatively new had yet to encounter \[sensitive content hidden\] has been quick to diagnose and develop a solution. It feels like every time I log into Zipper some new amazing feature has been added. I recently met \[sensitive content hidden\] she has been just as helpful and quick to respond as \[sensitive content hidden\] . In a world where it is very easy to let clients become numbers on a page, Zipper does the opposite. > > **Cons**: Honestly nothing comes to mind for something that I least like about Zipper. They meet me exactly where I am without any extra fuss. > > My overall experience with Zipper has been great, I found them as one would find a needle in a haystack. Such a random recommendation but I am so happy that I did ----- ### "Zipper has exceeded expectations" — 5.0/5 > **Kenny** | *11 August 2026* | Health, Wellness & Fitness | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Pros**: What I like most about Zipper is that it gives us one centralized place to manage the client experience and the business. It makes booking and communication easier for our clients while giving us better visibility into scheduling, client engagement, and revenue. For a growing studio like ours, having everything streamlined in one platform saves us a lot of time and makes it much easier to scale. > > **Cons**: The biggest challenge is probably that Zipper is a newer, rapidly evolving platform. The frequent updates and new features are exciting, but sometimes it can be difficult to keep pace with the changes. Just when we get comfortable with a workflow, an update can change where something lives or how it works. That said, I see that more as a byproduct of a platform that’s actively improving and responding to customer feedback than a major drawback. > > all, our experience with Zipper has been very positive. It has made managing the client experience and day-to-day operations much more streamlined, and we appreciate having so much functionality in one platform. As a newer platform, we’ve also seen a lot of growth and responsiveness from the Zipper team, which has been great. Overall, Zipper has been a valuable tool for helping us operate and grow Wellness Experience. ----- ### "A Growing Platform with Exceptional Support" — 5.0/5 > **Elizabeth** | *15 September 2026* | Health, Wellness & Fitness | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Pros**: What I like most about Zipper is how easy and intuitive it is for both our clients and our team. It brings scheduling, memberships, payments, and communication together in one place, making day-to-day studio management feel much more streamlined. Customer service is stellar. The team is extremely responsive. > > **Cons**: As a smaller, still-developing company (which is part of why I chose them), they haven't fully built out every feature yet. That said, the team is responsive, actively improving, and making the platform better every day. > > Overall, my experience with Zipper has been very positive. The platform is intuitive and has helped streamline scheduling, memberships, payments, and communication for our studio. Because Zipper is a smaller, growing company, some features are still being developed, but the team is incredibly responsive, receptive to feedback, and committed to making meaningful improvements. I appreciate the personal support and look forward to seeing the platform continue to evolve. ----- ### "Collaborative Approach to Studio Software" — 5.0/5 > **Nathalia** | *27 August 2026* | Consumer Services | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Pros**: The Zipper team is exceptionally collaborative, responsive, and receptive to feedback. I appreciate feeling like we have a genuine voice in how the product continues to evolve. > > **Cons**: Because Zipper is still an evolving platform, some features and workflows are continuing to be refined. > > One of the things I’ve appreciated most about working with Zipper is how genuinely collaborative and responsive their team has been. As with any major software transition, there have been things to fine-tune along the way, but I’ve always felt heard when I’ve brought forward an idea, suggestion, or issue that needed attention. The team asks thoughtful questions, and actively works toward solutions. They’ve been open to learning how our studio operates and adapting the platform to better support the needs of both our business and our clients. It’s rare to work with a software company that makes you feel like you have a real voice in the product, and that level of partnership has been incredibly valuable. ----- Page: 1 / 2\ Next: [Next page](https://www.getapp.ie/software/2091495/zipper?page=2) ## Links - [View on GetApp](https://www.getapp.ie/software/2091495/zipper) ## This page is available in the following languages | Locale | URL | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | ----- ## Structured Data
