### Key benefits of CelerBook

No subscription. You pay EUR 0.25 excluding VAT per completed appointment, the first five each month free, capped per month. A quiet January costs you nothing, which is the main reason salons switch from a fixed monthly plan.

A real booking site, not just a link. Competing tools give you a booking page on their domain. CelerBook gives every business its own site on its own subdomain, with its own photos, colours, services and terms. For many owners it replaces the website they never built.

Fewer no-shows. Automatic email and SMS reminders, an approval mode for bookings you want to vet first, a cancellation window you set yourself, and a reliability score per client so you can see who tends to cancel before you hand over a Saturday slot.

Numbers you can act on. Revenue per booked and per available hour, occupancy per staff member, missed revenue, retention and a peak-hours heatmap, plus a VAT export per month, quarter or year as PDF or CSV that your accountant can use directly.
