> **Pros**: Surplan nous fait gagner beaucoup de temps dans la réalisation de nos métrés. À partir des plans, nous pouvons mesurer rapidement les surfaces, les longueurs et compter les différents éléments nécessaires au chiffrage d’un chantier. L’outil est simple à prendre en main et évite une grande partie des calculs et comptages manuels. C’est particulièrement pratique pour préparer nos devis et fiabiliser nos quantitatifs.

> **Cons**: Il faut un petit temps d’adaptation au départ pour bien prendre en main toutes les possibilités du logiciel, mais une fois les habitudes prises, l’utilisation devient très rapide. Quelques améliorations et fonctionnalités supplémentaires pourraient encore faciliter certains métrés spécifiques.
> 
> Nous utilisons Surplan pour effectuer nos métrés directement sur les plans de nos chantiers : calcul des surfaces, métrés linéaires et comptage des différents éléments. Le logiciel nous permet de travailler plus rapidement et surtout de limiter les oublis ou les erreurs lors de la préparation de nos chiffrages. Pour une entreprise du bâtiment qui réalise régulièrement des études de prix et des devis à partir de plans, c’est un outil vraiment pratique au quotidien.
