> **Pros**: Honestly, the rollout was so much easier than we expected, we've got 22 sites and were worried it would be a headache, but our staff picked it up without needing much training at all. The biggest win for us was finally removing all paper diaries, which is something that we had wanted to sort out for a long time. And now our management team are able to see food safety due diligence across the whole group in one place, instead of chasing paperwork from site to site.

> It's been a genuinely positive change for us. Paper diaries had been a bit of a sore point for a while as they are easy to lose, hard to check up on and always a scramble when an inspection was coming up. Switching to Hubl took that pressure away almost immediately. What surprised us most was how little disruption there was during the switch itself; day-to-day operations carried on as normal while everyone got up to speed. Now that it's embedded, the real value shows up in the small things like being able to spot an issue at a site straight away rather than finding out weeks later, and having one clear record instead of a stack of folders. It's given us a lot more confidence in our compliance overall, not just on paper but in practice.

> **Pros**: What we like most about Hubl is how easy it is to use. Our team picked it up quickly and genuinely enjoy using it day to day. It has made our processes so much quicker and simpler compared to how we used to work, we no longer have to worry about paperwork going missing or getting damaged, which was a constant headache before. Everything is now recorded digitally and kept in one place, which gives us a real piece of mind. As well as, the team at Hubl have been great to work with, helpful, responsive and easy to reach whenever we have needed support.

> **Cons**: The one thing that took a little getting used to was having to customise our checklists through the reporting dashboard rather than directly in the app itself. That said, once the checklists were set up, it wasn't something we needed to touch often, so it was more of an initial learning curve rather than an ongoing issue. Overall, its a minor point compared to how much time and hassle Hubl has saved us elsewhere.
