> **Pros**: We often review more than 30 candidates for one role, and each first interview used to take about 30 minutes. With KitaHQ, my working hours are not packed with candidate interviews. I can review the answers when I have time and check the video or transcript whenever I need more context.

> **Cons**: Some candidates are unfamiliar with this type of interview, so we occasionally need to explain the process or send a reminder. I also needed some help setting up my first interview, although it became easier after that.

> When I was hiring for multiple roles, the most difficult part was coordinating all the first interviews. Candidates sometimes needed to reschedule or didn’t show up, which meant more messages and constant changes to my calendar.
