Your dealers order without calling anyone. The portal is open around the clock, so orders arrive outside office hours instead of being lost to voicemail — and nobody on your team retypes them into the ERP the next morning.

Prices stop being an argument. Each dealer sees only the price their agreement entitles them to, resolved through a six-layer chain: assigned price list, currency conversion, account and product discount chains, campaigns, then contract pricing and payment terms in the cart. Contract pricing always overrides a campaign, so a negotiated deal cannot be undercut by a promotion by accident.

Credit discipline stops depending on who is on duty. Credit limits are read from your ERP at the moment of ordering, not maintained separately in the portal. A dealer over their limit either trims the order or pays by card and continues. The portal and your accounting never disagree, and no one has to make an uncomfortable phone call.

Collections move from chasing to automation. Payment links can be generated and sent by SMS or email, including automatically — a scheduled rule can message every account with an overdue balance each morning. Payments post to the customer account as soon as they clear.

Your own rules become system rules. Workflow automation is configured visually rather than written in code, and a rule can stop an order before it is created. Every rule can be dry-run against a real record first, showing each step without sending a message or changing any data.

The field team works from the same data. Sales reps order and collect on behalf of their accounts, visits are verified by GPS, and a pre-visit briefing surfaces the regular products a customer has stopped buying in the last 90 days. Commission can be tied to a collection-rate floor, so uncollected revenue does not pay out.
