> **Pros**: It is super easy to setup, and it handles very well my inbound leads through email, linkedin, WhatsApp, Telegram. I like the fact that I do not need a BDR anymore, as everything is done by CP itself.

> **Cons**: all is good so far tbh. There is nothing I would like to improve right now. It does everything as it should + it does not sound AIish.

> **Pros**: I like the fact it handles all of my inbound and outbound leads, and I don't have to do anything. The setup was quite easy, and I use it for 6 different segments of my inbound leads, and 2 outbound campaigns where I hit 8% Reply Rate.

> **Cons**: Nothing tbh. I think it is super straightforward and Slawek is super helpful with the setup and the overall experience.

> So I really like the fact I have outbound and inbound motion and I can specify what agents should do, whether they should schedule demo calls for me, or sell in my name to a low-ticket prospects. This is super helpful. Also, what is great, that the agent replies to leads, so I do not have to be in the loop. It follow ups with them, as well as take notes in Hubspot, so I do not have to fill our my hubspot myself.
