Know the profit before the job is over. Labor and materials hit the job budget the moment they happen, so you can fix a job that is going sideways in week two instead of finding out in April.

One price, no matter how many guys. JobTally is a flat $150 a month with unlimited crew and every feature included. Per-user tools get more expensive every time you hire; this one does not.

Nothing for the crew to learn. Their app is essentially one big Clock In / Clock Out button. You text an invite link, he sets a password, and he is on. It runs in the phone browser, so there is no app store download.

Hours you can actually defend. Each punch is stamped with a GPS location at clock-in and clock-out, and clock-in works offline and syncs when the phone gets signal again - so a basement or a rural site does not cost you the timecard.

Receipts stop disappearing. A photo at the register is enough: JobTally reads the store and the total and files it against the job.

Tax time takes minutes. One tap exports QuickBooks-ready CSV files for income, expenses, labor and mileage.
