One system, zero integration glue. Every module — SIS, gradebook, admissions, billing, health, library, volunteers — reads and writes the same records, so nothing is synced, exported, or re-keyed between tools. An accepted applicant becomes a student in one click; a gradebook entry flows to the report card and transcript without an export/import cycle. The failure mode of the typical small-school stack (five tools, five copies of the truth) is designed out.

Mobile without an app store. The parent portal and staff app are installable PWAs served from the same codebase as the web app. Benefits in practice: no App Store or Play Store review lag, no version skew between mobile and web, nothing for the school to publish or maintain, and it works on any modern phone.
