- **Pricing Details**: Pricing is not per seat it is a tiered pricing. This mean you dont have to increase your overhead by paying for an additional new employee just because you hired someone. Pricing is tiered and only increases as you grow and begin to add multiple seats. Additionally there will be an Implementation fee which covers your training, The setup or transfer of information from your current platform to FFP and making sure each and every employee is up to speed on everything they should know. 
If you use a price book, the price book is not included because each and every business or each and every customer is different and structures their business differently. We're letting you build that out; however, we have price books. If you would like to use one of our prebuilt price books, there's a fee for that. It depends on the book, how deep you want it, and how much you need it customized. You're more than welcome to customize it yourself for free.

Keep in mind there is also some setup that you'll need to do on your own because we don't know how you run your business. That's up to you, but we sure will give a hand. We'll guide you through the entire process, whether it's maintenance agreements, pricing, vendor setup, customer setup, or any of your pricing books and parts. All this stuff should be easy for you. If you have a current price book from another platform or whatever you use currently, we will transfer everything into FFP so that you have a seamless transition. Hosting service and server fees are all included in this price. There are no other costs except for the usual phone fees that you typically pay already and any kind of Google Workspace or anything like that that you might use outside of our program. Yes, they may integrate. However, those additional fees are on you. If we can integrate it, we'll do that for you, but our fees cover the cost of the server, hosting, and our service. 
Implimentation fee. This is not a set price due to the differences from one company to the next and the complexity of the data imports and company setup. 

However, This implementation fee will include data import from your current service management software or QuickBooks. Also Included is a training for you and your employees to get everyone fluent in the product. Group traing calls are done over the zoom platform to demonstrate the tasks from beginning to the end. 2 classes, 3 classes 5 classes whatever it takes to get your team up to speed. We are here for you every step of the way.
