### Key benefits of Axiom Booking

Making a booking raises the invoice with it, priced from the room rate, the booking type fee and any add-ons, so nothing gets entered twice.
Hire a hall and one client is billed, run a class and every attendee gets their own invoice, and you can do both in the same system.
Invoices go out as PDFs, customers pay by card through Stripe, and part payments, refunds and deposits are all recorded against the invoice they belong to.
Insurance certificates, risk assessments and policies are stored with every earlier version kept, so you can show what was in force on any date.
Pricing is £2 a month for each space or session provider you actively use, with no per-user charge and no fee per booking.
