> **Pros**: This tool gives us the power to see our data in new ways and tweak it to get the most out of it. Our ERP software is pretty solid, but it doesn't quite nail the reporting the way we need. But instead of jumping ship to another system, we've managed to mold the data in real time and create the reports we were after. So, we're getting the best of both worlds\!
