Kombucha-native, not beer software adapted.
Living cultures with lineage and viability, F1 to F2 flavour splits where one base
ferment becomes many flavours, and pH, Brix and TA as real control points instead of
a side note. Water kefir grains and vinegar acetator runs are included on the same
licence.

BrauMo runs on your own macOS or Windows machine and serves every phone, tablet and
laptop on your network. One database file you can copy and back up. No cloud account,
no telemetry, no cookies, and it works offline in the cellar.

HACCP documentation that stays audit-ready.
Acidification and alcohol as critical control points, KBI-aligned, with calibration
registers, CAPA, recalls and mock recalls, training records, controlled documents and
lot traceability. It records and reports. It never blocks a production step.
